Gold Club Referral Program
Any customer that refers a prospect who purchases a vehicle from Patrick will receive a $100 referral fee.  Simply refer the prospect to your salesperson and remember that any Patrick salesperson can represent any one of our six car lines.  We can also arrange to have your $100 donated to your favorite charity.

Red Star Program
Patrick understands that your time is valuable and transportation is a necessity during the workday. Under the Red Star Program, Patrick will personally deliver a loaner car to your work or home for use while your car is being serviced. Once repaired, your vehicle is cleaned inside and out before it is returned. Ask your salesperson about program details.

State-of-the-art Collision Centers
Patrick's two state-of-the-art collision centers service more than 3,000 vehicles per year.  Remember:  We are not limited to the car lines we represent. We repair all makes and models, including aluminum body styles.  And we are proud to say that both of our body shops are Jaguar Authorized Aluminum Collision Repair Centers.  There are only three of these certified shops in Chicagoland and Patrick represents two of them!

Each center offers climate-controlled drive through estimating bays, on-site appraisers, an on-site rental car facility, computer workstations for customer use and a computerized paint color-matching system. The collision center's technical team (body, painters, estimators, detailers) has more than 330 years of combined experience.

On-site Service Centers
Each Patrick location has an on-site service center, with convenient weekday and weekend hours. If your car requires an extra day in the service center, transportation is a step away. Every Patrick location has an Enterprise car rental center on site.

Patrick's extensive selection of both domestic and foreign vehicles means that technicians must be trained and licensed to work on a variety of cars. All technicians are factory-trained. All technicians have received their ASE and ICAR certifications and many have received their ICAR gold class certification.
